I cannot get a response from the Doctor the Assistant Margarita office staff no one! I have called several times over the last several weeks regarding a prescription. I cannot get a response. If by some chance I get a human on the phone I'm told I will send a message to the Doctor! They must not have the right number.
I had to have a biopsy done less than 2 weeks ago. The lab told me they sent the results to the doctor after 2 days on a Thursday. Not one person had the courtesy to call me to let me know that I did not have cancer or any other disease. I called several times asking for the results and again I will send a message to the doctor.
I couldn't go to work because I was so upset. Wednesday I drove 2 hours to the lab to pick up the results! Is there no compassion for the patient? I have other issues that I cannot even address at this office. Can someone explain why there is such a lack of compassion and respect for patient? What about accountability for the way you treat your patients?

Worst healthcare providers I’ve ever dealt with since Dr Swetnam had his surgery. So called nurse Olsen, who got her degree on line from DeVry, has forgotten to order labs for me, ordered wrong labs and put wrong numbers on lab orders. Not to mention eating her lunch during my appointment. The personnel at the labs say that’s normal and they have nothing but problems with her. She was suppose to order a back X-ray for me but after one week never did so. I went to the office to complain but got no where. Then speaking to her assistant was told to call patient advocate and report this. She also stated it would help the practice if I reported Olsen. Then finding out she was fired made many people rejoice. Now still trying to get my X-ray order after a week, I was told to come in for an appointment to request and X-ray from another nurse. I told the assistant I want nothing to do with this practice I was going to find a real doctor’s practice who will aid me with my back pains. Also heard other patients are disgusted too. Now let’s see if patient advocate responds to me.

To make an appointment, you have to leave your name & phone number on a recorded line. Nobody ever called back. 2 attempts. No response. Gave up. Deadbeats should get their Federal funding pulled.

My grandmother moved down to Arizona and unfortunately this place is the closest to her. When she calls the secretary takes a message and she never receives a call back from her Dr. Took over 5 days for UA results and they didn't even run a culture. Do not come here. I wish I lived in the state because I would drive her to a physician that actually cares for their patients. Very disappointing.

UCHC cannot hold onto Nurse Practioners, many have left in the past year. No one that is good stays long and that includes receptionists. If you want a primary care provider that sticks around I would look elsewhere. This is for all locations of UCHC near Green Valley.

Dr. Swetnam MD, the absolute BEST doctor at UCHC and in the SW. After my doctor Dr. Amy Rosenburg retired last year I was not sure if anyone could take her place, and then I found him at UCHC.
Wow Dr Swetnam is the Best of the best. He is through, patient, explains everything, Bedside manners are excellent. The aide working with him on my visit Margarita was another one that was patient, courtesy and pleasant, dressed well, clean. Everyone at this office was very nice, prompt, efficient, knowledgeable about their job.
This is the No. 1 place to go to in Green Valley. A real doctor with great medical experience. Finally.
