Myself and another person we're the only people in the waiting room and waited 2 hours. Upon going back into the emergency room I told them my concerns of this an unbeknownst to me they actually called for security which I did not know until I saw my MyChart after the visit. They also said I was verbally aggressive no sweetheart I was disappointed in your service and for being fully booked the lobby sure was empty. I denied their services and ask them to notate my chart of the emergency room visit and I asked her to have the doctor add some notes well she surely notated my charts but very poorly about my visit and I had no idea those two security guard for me until I read my my chart she literally put that they were bedside I never met them they were by the lobby table
