The service I received at AdaptHealth on Wood Street in Phoenix was excellent. Kassandra impressed me with her knowledge about the CPAP equipment and her patience and clarity when answering questions, even though she must get the same questions from everybody and it must be tiring. Her demonstration of the machine and headset was well paced and easy to follow. She was friendly and reassuring. As well, the young receptionist was professional, accurate, and welcoming. Overall, I am very happy with the level of expertise and customer service they provide and would recommend them to friends and family.

The Young Lady that helped us took her time explaining the machine and how it works and also allowed my child to try on couple of mask before making his decision and provided info we needed to set up the mask on the application.

The ladies were very helpful in showing me the new bipod machine and all the new features. she even set up my air for me on my iPhone. Very positive experience there. Not so much getting thru the construction going on in the area. But, that's not their fault. 5 stars all the way!

The phone interraction with supply orders and the telephone que is not as user friendly as I would like. I have been put on hold and cut off. Left a call back and did not get a call back ! I was just about to get another supply company due to frustration from how long it took to get my replacement machine delivered.
The Phoenix office on Wood St. needs a new office location! This location is too industrial! The tech that delivered the machine and demo was excellent!
