Went with my severely handicap daughter and waited 2 hours in the exam room! No one came to check on us or explain why we were waiting so long. The nursing staff is rude and didn't care how long we'd been waiting. Unprofessional to say the least. We left unseen!!!

Dr. Moore has been my general physician for 5 years now, and has always sat and listened whenever I have had a new concern arise with my Lupus and/or arthritis. For that matter, he always sits, and listens even if I don't have any new concerns or questions. Never rushes in or out of the room either. And, the wait time in the lobby upon arrival before getting called back by the nurse or the wait time in my exam room has never been lengthy. Always prompt. No sitting and waiting for hours only to have him spend 5 minutes with you. That is a huge plus to me. And,
he never gives it a second thought before setting you up with a specialist if needed. He is always attentive, and willing to help in any way he possibly can. His nurse has always been a tremendous help, and has always returned my calls in a very timely manner.
I would recommend them to anyone. It's a great feeling to get that kind of care and attention in such a small town. Not having to drive to Pensacola or Mobile is also another awesome perk of having a competent doctor that you trust in your hometown.

Dr. Moore is a very competent doctor. His bedside manners are excellent! He takes the time to explain everything and does not rush you thru your appointment. It is a joy and refreshing to find a doctor of his caliber today!
