Best weight loss place. If you follow the rules you lose a lot. Been going to Alabama One Weight Loss for well over a decade off and on. Weight gain is a never-ending battle, with age gets harder. When I gain and feel fat, I go back to AOWLC, and get into shape. Friendly staff, and very helpful. Love the Doctor's also. 10 stars.

Research your doctor. This doctor’s background has nothing to do with aesthetics, skin care, weight loss, etc., his doctorate is in Gynecology. I gave myself the gift of Botox in my forehead for my birthday, what I got was overcharged and a trip to a skin care clinic in Pensacola to fix his mess. Yes, the skin care clinic in Pensacola was cheaper and experienced in SKINCARE AND BOTOX. My eyes drooped and it felt like my eyelids were resting on my eyeballs! I was told I was injected in the wrong places and the serum was injected too deep as well. I was also told that any doctor can take a weekend class on Botox, but that doesn’t make them experienced and shouldn’t give them a pass to perform the procedure. I will NEVER go back. Research your doctor!!!! Best advise I can offer.

I've been twice (this time) and I'm down 35 lbs! The first time I went I did not follow the instructions and didn't see much results. Do what they tell you to do and it works!
