Very disappointed in our experience with Capability. We had 4 different case workers in which we were never told we were never getting a new one, they either quit or got fired. My son’s speech therapist Michelle also quit. We were left without services for months basically ghosted from the company. The company canceled my son’s CCSD meeting and state “mom requested to cancel” which is a complete lie. The lack of communication and instability to keep a staff member is very unprofessional. I would not recommend.

My son has been sick with the flu and other illnesses on and off and we only were to recieve services from Capability for about a month before he aged out of the program. It took too long to begin services that it was impossible do do anything without being strict to specific dates of the month and times they had available which didn't work because of other appointments he has for other doctors and therapists. I also have 2 other children. I rescheduled and worked around everything. But during flu season is the WORST to schedule when you have 3 children. And you can't help when they are sick. My case worker sometimes didn't respond and also multiple OT therapists quit, changed or would text me saying they were the new therapist. When I needed to reschedule because he's throwing up sick, I never heard back from her again. I'm still waiting for my sons IFSP. I was told it would be sent to me after approximately a week from the other therapist after it was resolved. But it's been 2 weeks now and I have not heard anything from anyone from Capability Health.

Would give them less stars if I could. If your child needs Early Intervention services I would strongly suggest not using Capability. They will leave you without services for months. Also nearly impossible to find a superior to talk with to address the issues. There is a reason why we know multiple therapists who left the company because they are so horrible.

My son has been with Mr. IVAN for speech therapy and Ms. JOANN for occupational therapy for a little over a year now. He has made great improvement in his speech and communicating. It was an easy process to get him in and evaluated.

I cannot express how amazing my team was. My son has a speech delay and was in their program for about a year. Paola and Kathryn were amazing! Pamela and OT was fantastic as well!! I would recommend this program with these therapists a million times over. They always explained things in a clear manner and would work with me if something wasn’t working for us. I never had a poor experience throughout our entire time with them. They were the absolute best people to help us. We will miss you all dearly!!!

My daughter needed services for her speech delay and I’m so happy I chose Capability Health! She worked with Devin + Kathryn and these ladies went above and beyond helping my daughter. I can honestly say thanks to these ladies my girl has improved so much in the year since we started. Devin + Kathryn were so knowledgeable and gave me awesome techniques to try that worked! They have helped in so many ways and I’m forever grateful.

I was really hoping for a better experience, my first initial evaluation was great and everyone I've talked to has been wonderful. However when scheduling the actual appointment for a therapist to come out has been like pulling teeth. I first was assigned to Yolanda. Who has rescheduled with me 5 times. Then on the day of our appointment is a no call no show. I called & left VM. Still no response. I called the main office the day after asking for another therapist. They were supposed to call & assign me with a new one (it's almost been a month from my initial evaluation). That has now been 3 days ago. Still no call, still no updates. Will update review if I ever get assigned a speech therapist.
