Scott became our delivery man after Cole left the company. He is truly awesome and goes the extra mile to make sure I have everything I need. He’s made after hours visits to replace my concentrator after it tested low pressure. He also has delivered my tubing and cannulas making sure they are the high flow that I need and explaining the difference. We hope he stays there a long time. Great personality, caring and compassionate. He deserves a big raise

The young man we worked with, Scott McFarlin, Was very considerate when dealing with my mom and very informative when showing us how to work the bed he delivered yesterday. We need more people like him with that personality and nice disposition in this world today. We were treated like family and I feel he deserves recognition.

I can't say enough great things about this office. My portable concentrator started grinding and not pushing air. We are on vacation from TN. The wonderful lady I spoke with yesterday was able to have a technician deliver a new unit to us at our resort. I highly recommend working with them.
