My Husband and I went for our initial visit with Andrew Savage who I can not say enough good things about. He was so very pleasant even at introduction. As we continued into our first session he was very kind and passionate about getting to know us. He was very professional yet very laid back so we felt comfortable with opening up. He is extremely compassionate. He gave us great advice and are looking forward to our next visit. I would give a 10 and 10! He is phenomenal!

I visited Family Care Center on 9/12/24. It was very clean and inviting. The staff greeted me very nicely. I liked the person I had an appointment with very much. I wish the first visit could have been longer because all we did was fill out information forms (which I had already filled out forms online that asked the same questions. In fact I was sent 2 different questionnaires on different days that ask the same information and I filled out both!) Hopefully the next visit will be better.

I love the therapist, however the white lady at the front desk is absolutely rude. Also, I made the made the mistake of leaving my card on file and they charged me several times before my appointment. I called billing and never received a call back. When I came in for my appointment she wouldn’t check me in citing needed my copay even though I’d already been charged twice for it. When I told her this she just pointed at the cards and said to call that number. Absolutely no customer service. Was extremely rude and treated me abysmally. As someone who has worked in behavioral health for over 10 years and also has received therapy for a long time have never experienced such poor service. Due to this I will not be back. Do not give them your card to keep on file because they charge it however they want and without permission. I will be filing a report with the state. Family Care needs to treat their clients better.

I love this group! It was very easy to make my first appointment and I have had nothing but amazing experiences. I have a therapist and a psychiatrist here. They both hear me out and make me feel comfortable. I have not had an appointment where I wasn’t happy when I left. I would 110% recommend visiting Family Care Center.

I had an appointment with Ms. Lashonda and it was great. She was really easy to speak with and very understanding. I’m looking forward to seeing her again, we will have a lot to talk about. Therapy is a good thing.

I love everything about this place EXCEPT the front desk receptionist. To work in a mental health center she is rude, cold, won't make eye contact, when you check in she seems inconvenienced by your presents, she never smiles or says a word other what's your name. What's sad is when I go there to get treatment for my anxiety every time I walk up to the door I immediately become anxious and dread seeing her.
Why would you have anyone like this as the first impression of your family center?
She should probably be in the back in the complaint department. Ridiculous

I love the therapist, but the front desk needs help with communication and customer service! First of all, I've asked several times not to keep my card on file, and it's still out there and being charged. Second, I've called on 2 different occasions to cancel an appointment days before the initial visit, and now I'm billed for a no-show. Ridiculous! I will not pay it. I've never in my life experienced this, and now they tell me that my daughter can't be seen if a card is not on file. Well bye!
