I am a Journey Pure alumni but still attend the broad street location for continued treatment. It has truly made a huge impact on my life and a successful recovery. I will have 14 months of continuous sobriety on July 7th of this year. Journey Pure along with a 12 step program has truly helped me change my life. I have so much gratitude for JP, Chance, Shevon, the Doctor, and whole staff. The support I’ve gained has been phenomenal. I always feel safe and welcome even to this day when I come in. Tons of encouragement and support. I’m grateful I was given a chance for their program, it was exactly what I needed after tons of other treatment and with out much hope left but thankfully found it. I finally found a place that was able to truly help me at one of the darkest times of my life. Thank you!

Each person has their own experiences and mine was horrible. I came for help just to be led on for 3 days pretty much. First day i go in for treatment and go threw all the process then find out the "provider was not there that day." Then they had no openings for 6 days to see the provider. They then say someone canceled for the following day so i could come in the following next day. Well the next day comes and since it snowed i get a phone call stating the provider wont be in due to the weather. Then they asked what Pharmacy did i use because the provider was going to send me something in to get me by untill Tuesday which was when they first told me i had to wait to see the provider. Ok no worries atleast they was going to help me get by untill Tuesday. Wrong nothing was ever sent in. Next day comes i tell them nothing was sent in. Then thats when they informed me that they wasnt going to do anything for me until i went to a detox program that only 2 took my insurance. Both places was no where near me. Thats the just of it but theres alot more to this story but i wont get into all that on here. Sorry journey pure for being your first bad review. But i feel neglected because i came to you for help just to be lied to and turned down from your treatment unless i went to a detox program first and then i could come back.
