Quick and easy online check-in prior to being seen and the wait was short. My provider Rebecca Bell and her nurse were very nice and efficient but i didn’t feel rushed. The ladies who drew my blood were also kind and made the experience easy

I have been going to this place for less than 9 months I have had to go through withdrawals 2 different times because they don’t want to respond to messages. I have been in my antidepressant for about 10 years now and every three months this place wants me to go back in and get re evaluated for something that I have found the thing that helps me most! This place is completely outrageous! Horrible place to go to!! My mom has the same issues with her migraine medicine, they lowered the dosage on her knowing that she was in a higher dose for over 8 years! This place just likes to mess with people’s health not help!

I visited this clinic after being a patient of Dr. David Johnson (fantastic primary care physician) for over 20 years. Since I had not been in for 3 years (I'm healthy and rarely need medical care) they required me to re-establish care and make an appointment with a NP - Rebecca Bell. It was the worst medical care that I have experienced. I will not be going back to this clinic.

Slow takes hours to see you. If your appointment is at 2:30 it's take over 1 hour to see you this is every appointment not just if you come a little past your appointment they won't see you they don't make since at all. Some of the staff is rude and disrespectful seems like they don't enjoy their jobs at all....
Pharmacy here is the best staff in the whole place n building..... This is not the provider my provider is very sweet n as well as her nurse it's just the waiting that takes so long they get you back to the back answering all my questions and concerns she's awesome and tries get best at everything she does Alicia Harper. Thanks for your concerns and your hard work

I have literally called 5-6 times to schedule an appointment and the doctor is never available with any openings for weeks. When you call to attempt to get an appointment no one will answer the phone. I think the front office staff is a joke.

Primary Hope and Care Clinic purposely put my health at risk by refusing to refill a prescription inhaler that I need to breathe, and live. They then called the cops and trespassed me from the office, refusing to help even more. The singular cop (believe it or not) gave me more resources and information to solve my problem, while the 7+ nurses in the building trespassed me because it was 6 o’clock and they wanted to close. If you care about yourself or your loved ones, you will not take them here.

For years I have been going from doctor to doctor unable to find a good fit. I was nervous going to yet another, but after my first visit at the Primary Care & Hope Clinic I was blown away by how kind each and every staff member was. Even when calling, I’m never having to deal with rude employees or feel like I’m rushed to be done. I have found a place that makes me feel comfortable and welcome and I am very thankful for my new doctor!
