I love this place! John is very professional and helpful! He goes beyond and above with his customer service skills. I have had a really hard time getting used to my cpap machine and mask. Fantastic service and speed. Prior to my prescription coming from my Dr, John helped out with a temporary solution and once my prescription landed they turned it around very quicky. Everyone was very friendly and explained everything perfectly.

Couldn’t be more excited to start my journey coming in was a bit nervous because the doctor/health providers weren’t that helpful. But Medic was extreme detailed and helpful with all my questions even the dumb few I knew I asked . Would go to my recommend them and I’m glad they are the company I’m “stuck” dealing with.
