Terrible customer service. Hall Eye Care falsely scheduled an exam with me. Earlier this year I had scheduled an exam for sometime in May but Hall Eye Care claims that I never did, and that they would not have scheduled me as a new patient because they are “not excepting any.”

Instead of Hall Eye Cate offering to rectify this mishap, I, as the customer, had to ask of it were possible! Only to meet poor customer service and a rebuttal. The receptionist’s exact words when I asked if they could schedule me, “well, I guess I could. Uh…what’s your insurance.” Immediately trying to discredit me by verifying my insurance is not covered there, rather than helping me in a courteous fashion to solve the issue.
Unfortunately, my insurance is not accepted there, which means this easily could have been avoided if Hall Family Eye Care had never scheduled me and then cancelled without my knowledge!

This business is terrible, just like their customer service.

Had an appointment in February 2022 , they canceled do to weather. Never called back to reschedule. Made an appointment on line took the day off work only to be told they didn’t have an optometrist available. They can get me in Next January 2023….
*update: Dr Hall called me personally while on vacation to rectify this situation. That is unheard of these days. I will be going for an appointment in a few weeks. Thank you Dr Hall for reaching out and taking time for me!!

Bought 400$ frames, got new lenses, then they proceeded to warp the frames and now they are ruined. Not even the same frames anymore. Thanks a lot for trying to rush. I don’t recommend coming here what so ever.

I love Dr. Allison Hall and her entire staff. Every time you walk through the doors you feel welcomed. Dr. Hall is amazing not only is she professional, but she truly tries to get to know you on a personal level. I see her once a year and she still remembers details of things we talked about a year before. I highly recommend her and her staff. I would never trust anyone else with my eyes.
