I just want to praise Lilly and her staff. I have referred several people to her. Everyone loves her and her staff professionalism. She follows up wonderful and listens to me each time I see her. I woukd definitely recommend her.

I want to give a word of warning to anyone thinking of using this clinic....my husband’s dr retired with Boston Mountain and so when he got sick with Covid recently, they scheduled him with Lilly Roberts. Our experience with her was absolutely terrible. I’ve never seen a dr so incompetent before. We wasted 5 hours of our day the first visit....according to her the test machine wasn’t working, however it took HOURS for her to inform us of that. She then sent us to the hospital at Mtn View, where he was supposed to get tested and we waited an hour and a half there, only to be informed that they had no order from her after we had waited all that time. It was a total fiasco. Then the next day she finally got him tested, but refused to give him anything for COVID to relieve the symptoms! She tried treating him for tick fever instead!! To top it all off she never even called in the tick fever medicine. She wouldn’t listen to him at all when he asked for a z pack to help relieve the symptoms. God forbid anyone else go to her and have this experience!! I hardly ever write reviews but I would hate to not warn others and this happen to someone else!!
