I had an abdominal hernia repaired by Dr. Spore about 4 or 5 yrs ago @ Ozark Surgical Center & had no problems after that surgery. Dr Spore was very nice to me & explained it all to me & I truly appreciated him as a wonderful surgeon. I know Dr Spore has retired but
I need this same abdominal hernia
Repaired again unfortunately.
The past week was really a bad week for me, because the hernia has been hurting me alot. But I'm having trouble now for over a month or longer to get an appointment at Ozark Surgical Center. I desperately need this foot surgery in Little Rock by an Orthopedic Surgeon, Dr Martin, & it was scheduled for last month or longer ago @ UAMS in Little Rock, but now that I have the hernia , Dr Martian wants me to get that repaired first before he can repair my foot. So now I have to deal with the pain in my foot & this abdominal hernia too. Its been awful & I feel like an injustice to me as a patient that Ozark Surgical won't give me an appointment. I see they have a new Dr there so why can't I just get an appointment to see her or any of their Drs for an appointment for consultation to get this abdominal hernia repaired as soon as possible?.
Its a hardship for me to have to travel out of Mountain Home for a surgeon since I live alone & its not easy for me to move about while I'm having to walk with a cane & in constant pain too. So please, I need an appointment as soon as possible to have my abdominal hernia repaired. Please. Thank you.

Dr Dickinson has provided excellent care and always professional. He has performed 3 procedures and I have been pleased with all outcomes. His team has provided followup care in a timely manner with all questions answered/addressed. My most recent followup (on 04/29/2024) I received care above and beyond expectations! During the followup, Nate Blanton provided information regarding the last procedure (04/09/2024) with professionalism and care, answering all my questions. I also had a totally different medical crisis happening that had not appropriately been handled by my PCP office earlier that day!! The tech and nurse (I regret to say I don't remember their names) acted with speed and amazing compassion. The head nurse reached out to get a different physician to see me immediately and Nate was willing to order a CT scan due to the nature of what was happening. In no way were they expected to do ALL they did.... not only to take care of me but also to put my mind at ease!! HUGE gratefulness and KUDOS to OSG!! I would recommend them without hesitation!!

Knowledgeable Dr and staff. Dr Carlisle took the time to answer my questions in a caring and concerned manner. I never felt rushed and he always listened intently to what I was asking. The staff could not have been more polite and understanding. It’s refreshing to be in a facility that you feel they are genuinely concerned for your well-being.

Despite what people said about having a procedure done in MH i was very happy with the results. From start to finish everyone was very professional, caring, thorough, and sanitary. Every face greeted me with a warmth and compassion like ive never seen. They were quick to address my problem, handled me with care, and I have to say that Dr. Harrison was fantastic!!!! There was no bruising afterwards, and my recovery time was short ,which tells me he performed my surgery with grace and integrity. Thank you OSG for fixing me♥️

Scary time in my life had to see Dr spore and he was the greatest. He was very kind and great bedside manner! None like him. After surgery he checked up on me and made sure I was pain free.

I have seen both Dr. Spore and Dr. Foster. They are kind, caring and compassionate and both of them explained my problems to me in a way I could easily understand. I had surgery done with Dr. Spore, he was so great through all of it. While I had to get a referral from Dr. Foster, they don't take care of hiatal hernias, she was very nice, and got me the referral somewhat quickly. The office I was referred to didn't call quickly, but that's not the fault of dr. Foster and the staff here.

I never leave reviews, but I cannot say enough about this team! They really took care of me and were so knowledgeable, proffesional and kind. You can tell they love what they do and it makes a huge difference and Dr. Carlisle was awesome!
