So I was seen by Porsha Branch back in November of 2023. I went there to have my knee seen about as it was so swollen it was no longer my knee that was affected. My entire leg was swollen from my foot to my hip. I was in a room with her for a total of 10 minutes and she never examined my knee. She never tried to get an X-ray. She never tried to get an MRI. She never referred me to anyone except physical therapy. So how if my leg is swollen that badly am I gonna be able to stand on it She never even touched me. I had already been fired from my job at that point because when I showed up to work a couple hours in my leg was so swollen I had taken the shoelaces out of tennis shoe just to be able to work. So as I was a liability I was fired. So to end this story it's May of 2024 I still can't work and she refuses to see me because she sent me a $308 bill for the 1st visit where she charged me $266 for a new patient visit and a $42 fee to counsel me for tobacco and I don't even smoke. I have insurance I gave them the information yet they refused to file with my insurance and sent me the bill. Now they say my account is in collections. Well it probably is because I'm not calling my insurance to cover a bogus visit for $244 for 10 minutes and I was never touched. My file with this place isn't even completed. But every other Dr I've ever seen in my life has completed my chart on the first visit where they go over me and my conditions.
So I guess y'all are gonna have to eat that $308 on me because she is joke and so is Genisus Prime Care.

Dr. Jodi from my past experience didn't care about my son mental health which was his (patient) I will not ever recommend anyone to go to him! Nurse Karen is A Good Nurse and I like the ladies at the front desk they're very nice. If I could take the 1 star back I would but you have to rate to comment.

Porsha Branch is the best Doc. She is friendly and helpful and listens to any concerns you have. A while ago I was angry for my own situation and gave a bad review and I apologize. We are all human and I understand that doctors have alot on their plates. So Mrs Branch keep doing an excellent job ?

This is the worse place. They give you wrong lab results, they never respond to insurance about coverage. You are better off and spend less for having no insurance. What a joke please dont kill someone with your neglect to patients needs

Absolutely unhelpful! I took a child here at the behest of a CPS official and should have went with my gut instinct after the first visit and went elsewhere. The person assigned to help the disgruntled, delinquent teen only encouraged the negative behaviors by acting like a friend instead of a medical professional. I don't know if she bought into the persuasive nature of the child, but I expected better from someone educated in the profession of psychological counseling. My child has been removed from services here and I will not use this office in the future. On a positive note though, the front desk reception is worth her salt. Her demeanor and professionalism is the reason I chose this office after referral and stayed for longer than I felt comfortable with.

Worse place ever on OB side they never answer the phone(Kelly) it so happen to be 10:30 a.m I had to drive miles because I kept getting the answering service to only arrive and called while standing there twice and they say we forgot to turn the phones on… reminding you it’s their job to answer the phone how on gods greens earth did you forget your job but showed up that day this is a on goin thing and I think corporate should know about I’m high risk pregnant at that I’ve had the worse experience dealing with this clinic it was better when OB sheila was there she cared soooo much…. These people that sit at that front desk is stealing time because their not doin their job but if you go in there they are just having a good time letting the phone ring off the hook bad bad clinic I didn’t even want to give the one start but I was forced to, to be able to write this review what a shame I will never come back and will let everyone know it’s not a good choice if you really need a good dr or help DONT GO ‼️‼️

A good place. As of this review. The staff and providers are as good as it gets. By that I mean better than other places. I'm not even going to bother to leave a review for anywhere else.
