Please NEVER send your love ones to this facility. My grandfather who was diagnosed with dementia and demonstrated increased behaviors was taken to this facility from a SNF for a med change. He was ambulatory upon being sent to this facility and after returning to the SNF was completely lethargic and comatose, unable to even speak. Please do not send your loved one to this facility under its care. Calls were made daily in which the facility stated he was doing great performing self feeding and ambulation, but upon going to visit him we learned that was definitely not the case. PLEASE do not send your loved one to this facility.
