First, Dr.Helm is amazing. He is the only reason I go back. But the billing department? A bunch of rude ignorant people. A bill gets mis-coded and you tell me you refuse to do anything about it? Then transfer me to someone who has no clue what's going on THEN throw me on hold indefinitely? Yeah, I'm pissed. This is my livelihood. You screwed up. Yeah. I'm going to cuss when you're rude and unhelpful. Get your crap together. AND THEN after not doing ANYTHING to look into the situation, I call my insurance. They state that SMH screwed up initially, and put in the wrong provider code. And that they resubmitted it on August 6th. AND THAT THE CLAIM IS STILL OPEN AND UNDER REVIEW. I asked my insurance if the "billing" department would be able to see that, and they said yes. Complete incompetence.

Receptionists are very rude and not helpful. The second you call, they will just send you to a separate answering machine (so they don’t have to deal with you/help you). In 2 years of going there, they have NEVER ONCE answered or returned the voicemail I left. Highly advise against using this office as they symbolize unprofessionalism and greedy.

Absolutely terrible main office service and support. Ignorant staff whom can't handle simple insurance paperwork and instead bill your family for 6 months without notifying you, yourself, of the payment problem. Then persue to deny you medical help unless you pay them their $186 of which you don't owe them, but in reality what the insurance owes them. If you can make it through the front office's ignorance then the doctors aren't so bad.
