I went to CMC dental today for my appointment that started at 8:20. I got to the appointment at 8:15a.m. and was told that the lady who was suppose to do my cleaning had a grand baby that was born yesterday. So my first question was why didn’t anyone call me. They stated “we don’t have a number on file for you” which was not true because I got reminder text messages about my appointment all weekend. So they then stated okay just wait a few minutes and if a patient do not show up in the next few minutes then we can see you. I sat there maybe 15 minutes and a lot of people walked in so I went to the front desk and told them I’m just gone have to reschedule because I have to be at work. The lady proceeds to tell me that I can’t be seen until March 17,2025 because I could only do morning appointments due to my job mind you today’s date is September 30,2024. I feel that this whole situation was an inconvenience because no one can attempted to call me so I didn’t have to miss time from work. Pushing out my appointment until next year when it wasn’t my fault that it was cancelled is not right. I expected so much more from them.

Absolutely fantastic. I was from out of town. Had an emergency. Went to this office and they were very sympathetic and professional, and worked me in the next morning to take care of my problem. I will definitely go there again when I’m in town and I need dental assistance.

This place don't care about their patients..I called everyday for a week trying to get a appointment for a emergency bad tooth ..They refused to fit me in their schedule..One dentist looked at my X-rays just to tell me she couldn't pull it... Plus I went to appointment on June 12th told them about the tooth they scheduled me a appointment for July 12th a month later.....it only takes about 30 minutes to pull a tooth but wasn't willing to help me ..been a patient THIER for 2 years...they need to take better care of their patient

Undoubtedly the best dentist I've ever been to. The moment I walked in I felt care for. My procedure was quick and painless. Dr. Wright was a gem. Between a great group of people along with the gas and Greatful Dead provided from Pandora. All I can say is thank you for making what could have been an uncomfortable experience a positive one.
