Have a family member that needed a motorized chair and we didnt really know how to go about it. They did an excellent job getting her set up and then getting her chair to her. Definitely would recommend them ?.

The worst company ever to deal with. Their office ppl do absolutely nothing. The techs are great but Marissa in the front office does nothing at. She chooses to do the very least and just rather pass you off to someone else than actually help the patient. Brooke isn't worth it either. She does nothing. I've had paperwork for a modification going on for 5 months now and yet they still will do nothing to address it. Good luck talking to them or dealing with them.

To your response. You can't get anyone to contact you back from this company. Medicaid has followed up with my claim on this as well. It also took them 2 weeks to ship a 22¢ bolt to put a part on my chair that was critical 3 hours away where the tech actually had to drive to get it. So I had to use my bed for a bathroom and bath due to this. I'm not sending you any information. I don't trust this company as far as I could throw it. If I could I'd have already sued this company for medical neglect. You don't treat your patients this way!!!!!! National seating is pathetic to the point even insurance decided to use another company bc we can't get the office to respond to emails or phone calls. This is the worst and most incompetent unprofessional company I've seen and it has NO BUSINESS BEING IN THE MEDICAL FIELD.
