I have gotten the best care ever!! All the staff & therapists have been wonderful!!! I have asked alot of questions and they are always very courteous, knowledgeable, patient with me , and take all the time necessary to be sure i get the answers I need!! My parents were able to get all of the supplies they needed to feel better. Jennifer Villalvazo communicated with them to ensure they had everything timely and they even get reminders when their medication is running low to reorder. She also sent me great information on sleep apnea!

Had a bad experience with a condenser and the guy who they sent out .. really took great care of me ..he showed up in a matter of a few minutes and had my equipment up and running in no time ..his name was Christian!! Ty so much for All you did..sd he would come until it was right and he did not 1 not 2 but 3 times!! And even came out on a Sunday!! Ty so much for your care and understanding!!

They will harass you with multiple phone calls a day just because your insurance or their records indicate you may be eligible for new supplies or CPAP masks. Asking them to stop calling you does absolutely no good what so ever. Had to put their number in the call block on my phone just so they couldn't keep calling me.

Very rude. Not helpful. Left the humidifier off my mom's oxygen tank. The ambulance driver told us that we needed to call the company and tell them they left the water bottle off the tank that is supposed to come with it that allows moisture in the nose. We called. They were very rude and said the ambulance driver has nothing to do with them. They wouldnt help. And we have no water bottle, so my 96 year old mother who has pneumonia now has a dry nose.

Horrible called for months to get equipment picked up. Took three months.
Today nearlya year later they send me another bill like I have it. They have already given me checks for the overpayment last time.
Do not do business here!
