Arkansas Surgical Hospital has truly been a blessing to our family. Both my mother-in-law and my mother have undergone knee replacement surgeries here, and each time, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were part of a family—everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring.

Dr. Moore, who performed the surgeries, was incredibly kind and thorough, taking the time to explain everything in detail so we felt confident and reassured. He made sure we understood every step of the process, which made all the difference. The level of care provided by the entire staff was outstanding; they were professional yet so compassionate, making sure every need was met.

One of the highlights was when the CEO of the hospital himself stopped by to check in on us, asking if there was anything he could do to make our stay even better. This level of personal attention and care is rare, and it really stood out.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Arkansas Surgical Hospital to anyone in need of surgical care. They have set a standard for what healthcare should be: compassionate, professional, and dedicated to each patient’s well-being. This experience has been amazing, and I’m so grateful to the entire team. Thank you!

I usually do not take the time to write reviews, but definitely felt compelled to do so following both my husband's and my recent hip replacement experiences with Dr. Paul Edwards at the Arkansas Surgical Hospital. Dr. Edwards and his office team were professional, accessible and extremely supportive with each of our patient encounters. Their healthcare " team" approach is stellar.
This was my husband's first surgical experience at ASH, and my second. The quality of care we received from the pre-op visit through check-in on surgery day to discharge was exceptional. The nursing staff goes above and beyond to make sure their patients are comfortable and lack for nothing. This Surgical hospital and the health care teams serving this hospital, are in our humble opions, the Best of the Best. Thank you to each individual who took care of us. From doctors, PAs , to Nurses very kind an informative. If you need orthopedic surgery, this is the place to be. 2 days ago, I had a total hip replacement with Dr. Bowen. I'm getting around on the walker very well. The pain today is at least lessened by half of what it was yesterday. I'm on my way to being pain-free, I can feel it ! Wanted to say to all the staff, thank you for helping me. Arkansas Surgical Hospital is awesome, great people, great food, great
private suites.

While at the river trail grille I overheard kitchen staff discussing with surgical staff about the cashier leaving the position. One calling the person "incompetent". The other saying "...good because she's so slow" to which the kitchen staffer also referred to them as a "kindergartner".

While that may not be the right job for that person. They do not deserve to be mistreated and maligned by their co-workers. I hope someone directs her to the EEOC for ADA hostile work environment violations.

With that type of staff working there no wonder the turnover rate is so high in the kitchen.

My mother had surgery on Monday. Tuesday morning I was helping her get ready to go home and I took off my diamond engagement ring so it wouldn't scratch her and laid it on the side table. We live an hour away and when I arrived home I realized I left the ring. I called the hospital right away. I was told they looked and it wasn't there but the administrator would call me back. She never did. I called the following day and was told again non chalantly that the ring wasn't tbere. I 100% left it. If it was gone their staff took it. And the casual way tbey blew me off over an engagement ring....makes me feel like it wasn't the first time. Your staff can be competent and the place clean but this is a level of dishonesty and bad conduct. I shouldn't have wore it there but their staff should be better. And for them to just blow me off about something important to me...I would never recommend anyone stay or use this place. If you do beware they see something they like they will keep it .

I wanted to share our outstanding experience with Arkansas Surgical Hospital. My wife had cervical surgery and Dr. Mason was her surgeon. He explained what would happen and why. He answered our questions and we went into surgery well informed and prepared. Our nurse was Grace and she was fantastic. We had many other nurses over the 2 days and all showed concern and empathy. I definitely recommend Dr Mason, Grace, and all the other staff.

So impressed with this hospital and all of the staff! From the minute you walk in, it is friendly, helpful, and waiting rooms are amazing comfortable! Definitely a cut above any hospital I’ve ever been in.

I give this five star rating to an employee named mimi, I hope I spelled that right They do not do 10 stars yet. Omg! Amazing Employee . Not only did she do the front desk worker help; I had a question about paperwork that needed to be sent over from my daughter's pcp and instead of being sent to the nurses line ,like I had before.
She took it upon herself and found out everything I needed to know, she got all the paperwork sent over super fast & I was still on the phone with her when it happened and I made another appointment for 2 days from now. Give MImi a raise?.
