I came in today at 2:30 pm, as a walk-in following up from an ER visit. I was sent a link to my phone and was told that this is mandatory to complete as their new check in process. None of the questions were relevant to my visit. They were personal questions that I didn't feel comfortable sharing, but was told that I am required to complete. I have never had any issues with this clinic. I have been coming here for years as a walk-in and have always been greeted professionally and with kindness. Today was totally different. Not professional or welcoming as the first face one sees when you walk into a medical office. Today was a horrible experience. Emily should be trained on customer service. She's rude!

Terrible, front desk lady with glasses had an attitude the whole time. Rolled her eyes when I didn’t hear her call my name so I looked up n waited until she called it again. The wait was 3hrs if you’re a walk in. It’s best if you’re a patient and have an appointment there. Because if you don’t, they don’t care about you. Only person that was generous was the older tech man that sends the pharmacist your prescription. 0/10 recommend to go there

I hope they will have someone assigned to do Allergy shots. Waiting time sometimes are crazy. We went there before and there are no cars outside other than mine and waiting time just to do the shots are like 45 mins to 1 hour. Sometimes more! I don’t know what’s taking them so long just to do shots. It’s not like a doctor’s visit or something. I understand if there’s a lot of patients there. But sometimes there were like literally no one there except me. But waiting time is really long. We just need the shots itself. The nurses that do the shots are nice and friendly. But the waiting time is just crazy. I hope they will do something about this issue.

Dr. Williams is absolutely the best pediatrician we could have found! She follows through and shows that she cares about the health and well being of our newborn she is very informative has made us feel comfortable absolutely love her!

Went to get help at primecare for my son and the APRN she went and talk to doctor Williams and they decided because I didn't want therapy for my son the APRN got a attitude she had one when we walked in the exam room. Then she told me to return to methodist even though my son has been there for 9 months for long term he has gained all the tools he's needs he was going there for medication to see doctor Williams he been in a counseling for 7 years and there answer was get psychiatrist all took all 4 of my kids and Me out of that clinic I do not recommend that clinic there self or there kid to the clinic the front lady was very rude

Id never been here before until yesterday.. I needed to be seen just to have my blood pressure checked & signed off on & once I explained my situation the entire staff was so understanding & sweet. They got me in & seen me immediately! The entire staff was VERY SWEET & FRIENDLY. I live over 1.5hrs away & the drive is definitely worth it! I would & will recommend this clinic to EVERYONE! Also, need I add that the clinic was very clean an organized! They most definitely earned 5/5 in my experience.

I was not impressed at my initial face to face visit. I researched and called them in Monday to be sure my daughter’s insurance was acceptable. I was assured that it was and so I made an appointment for that following Wednesday morning. When I and my daughter arrived, the receptionist said “I don’t think we accept that insurance!”. I calmly explained I called Monday to be sure this would NOT happen as I was taking a break from work to handle it! It took about 15 minutes to figure that out. The wait time and my anxiety for having to change doctors in the first place got the best of me. We ended up being there almost 2 hours.
