Looks like I am not the first, second or even third to have a booked appointment at this lab just show up and be turned away. Everything says they are open but I was told at the desk that "their tech isn't here today". No call, no cancelation, no assistance, no explanation, no care in the world that I had fasting lab scheduled that I had taken time off work for. They gave me apiece of paper with lab locations on it, none of which worked for me except the one I was standing in. Their flyer said they were open, they're still taking appointments online for the location!

I will never return to this location ever again.

If it was my choice I would get my blood drawn here all the time. I’m typically anxious to get my blood drawn but I’ve always had a good experience at this lab. They always find the vein and are patient/kind with me if I feel a little dizzy.

What a great experience. Best blood draw I have had in years! Brooke was amazing. Helpful, professional, friendly, and informative. I needed a variety of tests and she efficiently took care of all of them. With quite a few people waiting she quickly and effectively processed everyone. I was on my way back to work in no time at all. Thank you!

No receptionist. Everything is done previously online. You check in on a device and wait to be called. All are hard to find and not personal at all. Lab tech was nice.

The phlebotomist at this lab, Brooke S., is extremely rude. She won't talk to you at all (not even "hi" or "how are you") and responds to questions with one-word answers. My first experience getting blood drawn with her (a couple of months ago) was so bizarre and off-putting I started going to the Santa Rosa lab to avoid her.

Unfortunately earlier this month I was overdue on a lab and ended up going to Rohnert Park again to save time. Brooke initially refused to draw my blood when I got there at 4:10 PM, even though there was no one else there and they don't close until 4:30 PM. When she finally agreed (after I pointed out that the sign outside clearly said last draw was at 4:15 PM) she refused to speak to me at all during the entire process. No verifying my name and birthdate, etc. even though that should be standard procedure. She did not say a word to me, which is so unnerving when you are undergoing a medical procedure. Such a weird experience and so different from what I have experienced from all other Sutter employees in the past. I would avoid this lab!

Brooke is the best phlebotomist in the county! She always gets the vein on the first try and minimizes pain and soreness afterwards.

I have been to this lab location several times and there's always some issues going there. I'm not planning to go back again.

At least three times they've said I was one minute too late for they're last draw before a break, lunch or day. They send you away from their front desk with a tough luck on you attitude and no apology. If I really was ever "too late" then bad on me, but I still expect a kind deameanor.

I have always had a wait, even when it's not busy, although it is too crowded much of the time.

The actual phlebotomist I've had there have been fine. I recently had "Brooke"and she was pleasant and efficient and went the extra to correct a missing lab order. I've also had "Andrew", who is also friendly and good at his profession.

It's the rest of the interaction at this location, along with sketchy hours that has cured me of going back.

The Airway Drive lab is excellent.

The Hoen Warrack Lab also good, but has a weird layout. Only one unpleasant staff at check in desk. Good phlebotomists.

Just found out Petaluma site is now open on McDowell. Will update review after my next draw.

I needed lab work done today.
Checked office hours listed online Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 12:00 pm
1:00 pm – 4:30 pm. I left work in Petaluma at 11.00 and arrived at the office at 11.34.
The sign on the front door said the same thing, lab closed from 12-1 for lunch.
Walked in with my lab slip and the lady at the front desk asked if I was there for lab work?
I said yes, she grabbed the clip board, looked at it and said "oh the lab stopped taking people at 11.30!" Would you like to come back at 1pm?
No I live 30 minuets away. She asked is I would like a list of the other Sutter labs? I said no.
I looked at my phone it was 11.34, 26 minuets before they are supposed to be closed for lunch.
Not once did she say let me see if we can get you in or check with the office manager.
Obviously the employees run their own show at this office and don't care about patient care.
We all don't live or work in the city next door to the Sutter labs, maybe you can list the latest times people can arrive to still be seen during your work hours.
