I’ve had such a pleasant experience at 52 Area Branch Health Clinic. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the beautiful smiling faces at the front desk. The check in process was quick easy and proficient. The sick call staff are true professionals that I can see going far in life. Immaculate vibes , I’ll be sure to be a loyal customer here for years to come.

These guys are way overburdened with the ELT pipeline. The care and basic customer service is the worst I’ve experienced in 18 years to include this place 12 years ago. It used to be a well oiled machine, not sure what happened but it’s a failure at all levels of leadership. COVID has GIVEN them a excuse to be worse than normal, a glimpse of universal healthcare I suppose. Maybe they will get some real leaders here but for now as of Oct 2020 it’s a abomination good thing it’s only your health.

Awful experience, I came in needing to be seen for stabbing pain in my chest and loss of breath everything my heart rate gets going and they refused to give me a scan or diagnostic of any kind. Awful place.

The 62 Area SMART Clinic is absolutely the most embarrassing group of human waist in one location. No one is proficient at what they do. They cancel you appointment, and claim it is your fault when you had no idea it was cancelled, nor had any reason for it to be cancelled. Just the absolute worst group if "Navy medicine". In my career, I've never had the issues I've had with this place.

The pharmacy customer service is subpar to say the least. Two visits in a row I have been the only customer waiting with a ticket and took over 15 minutes just to be called to the window. This wasn’t to get my meds but to inform them the meds were not for me but for my child. Then took another 20 to get the meds packaged.
