Lady with dark hair.. long time employee, was so rude to me and my daughter!! She kept snapping at us, for things that were out of our control!! I'm afraid to have to see her again.. may just need to find a new place!!

After fasting for 18 hours and driving fifty miles, I waited 10 minutes for a three minute procedure while the technician visited with a colleagu. Not very professional!

This facility is top notch!! The staff is knowledgeable, patient, thoughtful, and well trained. The facility is well stocked and always pristine. Having lab work done isn't anyone's favorite thing to do, but going to Sutter North makes it so pleasant. I highly recommend Sutter North!!

The lab tech didn’t seem to know what she was doing. She asked me for information about what labs needed to be performed and I explained everything was on the lab form request that I handed her. She seemed annoyed that she couldn’t find the physician’s name or diagnosis codes on my form. They were both listed. She didn’t know what one of the test was that my physician ordered. So she called 440 Plumas (the main lab). They didn’t know either. She called my physician’s office, but they were closed for lunch. I had been fasting for 12 hours, so was “miffed” I couldn’t have labs done today. She said I could do the other tests that she knew and come back for the one she didn’t know. I said no, I didn’t want to have to come back twice. I won’t be using this lab again because I lost faith that this tech was competent and because she seemed annoyed (with me).

I love this set up. My doctor, Sharndeep Bains, upstairs (elevator) and the lab down stairs. Arrival bus right outside the door and the return bust stop is right opposite. Off the buss see the Doc’ labs and out, buses every 30 mins, home in the warm/cool depending on the ever changing CA weather. Wham bam thank you ma’am. Did I mention the very pleasant ladies both up AND downstairs? Consider it done.
I was once told to keep my friends old and my doctor young. Dr. Sharndeep Bains is a beautiful young lady and a keeper. Her staff are on the ball (especially the receptionist with a VERY good memory.)
OH! And she is accepting new patients. (5/15/19)

The lab of the Urgent Care at Sutter North is amazing. But get there early because they get busy you're so popular and they're open on Saturday
