It’s such a terrible experience when I was seeing Dr Roberto. He is like a hostile judge to judge you instead of a doctor who is trying to help you. Unfriendly, careless and Aggressive. My hand was shaking and my heart beating fast after seeing him. He doesn’t know your profile and He doesn’t read the message about your symptoms. He even claim he ordered the medicine short than 30 days to prove you didn’t eat enough for 30 days, but actually it’s wrong. he only wants you make an appointment with him again and again. When you told him your symptoms, he is like - you must imagined it. I know it’s hard to meet a good doctor who can actually help you, or he might had a bad day, but this is really feels bad. It’s really important to be friendly and respectful to each other.

My first time at the facility I was being weighed measured and one of the nurses walking by accused me of lying about my height and masking it as a joke “yeah and I’m…” (I was wearing platforms). It honestly made me feel uncomfortable as it was my first visit to the facility and I’m a new patient. The doctor was great and everyone else at the facility was nice. But comments like those are extremely in appropriate as I’m just walking through the door and seeking help for a physical injury. It made me second guess at first if this was a safe office and if I would be taken seriously. Luckily my doctor and the nurse helping me were very nice and helpful.
