I went in for a urine sample/test and the only thing they helped me with is prescribing me with Antibiotics and sending me to the wrong facility that doesn't accept my Kaiser Health Plan to get more lab work done... pretty much wasted my time and energy by sending me to the wrong place. Never coming back!

First off I’d like to say I really love the main doctor here! But the office staff were very rude and unprofessional today and yesterday both my children were sick they canceled the appointments for yesterday then called 30 min before today’s appointment and cancelled again then told me they can’t send a email saying two appointments were cancelled it’s very unprofessional especially in a medical setting.

ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS! I went in with my fiancé for an emergency situation and no doctors or any medical staff where there today. Whats the point in being open if you can't do the reason you exist and the person at the front desk did not care.

Best experience ever In Modesto the office was amazing quick and helpful. The Dr was very polite and was actually Hearing out my concerns. I felt heard and cared for here my new place to go when I have urgent care needs I truly appreciate the doctors here the office is also in a good location with convenient parking. The whole staff from front to back were super amazing thank you all for caring for us.

I will definitely recommend this spot to anyone

This place is DISGUSTING. Dirty and gross. The girls at the counter are incompetent, she couldn’t tell the difference between my sons name and the name of our PCP- which is clearly printed on the card. The NP we saw was missing teeth and had a tattoo on her forehead. We will N E V E R come back.

Office ladies are nice. MAs are nice but the NP EVERYTIME I go says it’s tonsils and to put olive oil in their ears. Feel like she doesn’t throughly check, just guess. Everytime I take them to their primary RIGHT AFTER cause their diagnosis doesn’t sit well with me, they say something completely different.
