I am very sad to report that this wonderful, local business has suddenly CLOSED and they transferred all their customers prescriptions to CVS. Very disappointing development.

I have used this pharmacy exclusively for many years. Jack and Mandy were very kind and always prepared my prescriptions quickly and remembered my own medical issues and were able to give great advice. They stepped back for a much needed break after working 52 weeks per year for more than a decade and now have a new staff running the place. They are quite efficient and the prices remain good. This facility is a compounding pharmacy, which means that they can formulate medications to meet your specific needs; a service that not all pharmacies can provide.

I have been going to 1st Community pharmacy for over a year and their personalized service is unmatched. At the beginning of February the pharmacy had new owners and I was worried that the personal service and flexibility would go away. I was wrong! The new owners have been knowledgeable, patient, kind, and lightening fast. I feel known and trusted as a regular customer. I am thrilled that the legacy of this pharmacy is continuing and I will certainly be a life long patient!

1st Community Pharmacy makes what is typically a painful process very pleasant. The owner of the pharmacy is the actual pharmacist. His name is Jack and he REALLY cares about his customers. He gets to know you by name and goes above and beyond. One time when I was traveling, Jack went out of his way to fax my son's perscription to a pharmacy up north and make calls to ensure my son was able to get the medication he needed.

This place is the number one pharmacy around. I would not go anywhere else unless they closed for good. I have never waited longer than maybe 10 or 15 minutes for a prescription. I highly recommended first community pharmacy to anyone and everyone!
