My doctor failed to submit my order to 180Medical. After a few days, I contacted them direct. They were very helpful and pleasant. The sales rep called me, and hand delivered some catheters to hold me over till my shipment the next day. I have not had such a peaceful experience in a LONG time. What a great experience!!

I'm extremely happy with 180 medical. I was close to running out of my catheters and they sent me a supplemental supply within two days and then a regular supply the next day.

180 medical and Michelle who takes care of us are exceptional. It is difficult enough being a care giver to have to deal with medical supplies. This team makes it a non issue, they are fantastic in being proactive and making sure we have what we need before we need it. when there was a bump when switching Insurance they were so far ahead of the game, they made sure we have plenty during the transition and we did not miss a beat. I switched to 180 Medical over a year ago because I was uncomfortable about the communication with my former supplier. Since that time there has been zero miscommunications, 100% on time delivery, 100% advance communication for supply replenishment and zero problems.
I like that kind of service.
