Several visits with appointments for only to be seen a full hour later, but show up 5-7 mins late to check in and you’re “no-show”, good lucka new getting an appointment anytime soon to boot, and yet we wonder why retention sucks.

Waited an hour and half just to be told that my check-in slip was lost, after asking repeatedly if they had me checked in. Once I was actually added to the waitlist, I then waited an additional 30 minutes just to be told to check back in a few days for what I was requesting. And at no point was I taken back or given the opportunity to speak with my primary care doctor. This is unacceptable.

I took a home test and popped for an STI. Yet they refuse to give me the medicine for it. Until the test results come back from them, which is in a week. IT TAKES A WEEK TO GET RID OF IT!!!! What sense does that make.

If you ever feel like you don’t deserve to be helped just come to this clinic. It will take you a lifetime to get someone on the phone. The physical therapy guys are amazing, the rest not so much.

This place is suppose to help alleviate waiting times at the naval hospital. It has a fast drive through system but I had to go in for a new refill and the initial patient verification was quick but I have been waiting here for 30 minutes when there are 4 working pharmacy technicians. And a civilians medication was processed before mine and would you think the person in a uniform would be expedited. Yes I have to go back to work. There are me and another person for pharmacy unbelievable.

I swear the civilian that work at this place need to be fired. When I finally get called to the front desk the civilian asked me if she called me. You called my number on your kiosk. Then she complained that my ticket was pulled 3 mins late from my appointment time . I have 15 mins before my appointment is canceled. I wish civilian would treat active duty members with some respect. It’s like we don’t matter, because we wear this uniform.

They never answer their phone. It’s impossible to work with, on top of that the pharmacy takes 3 hours to fill any prescription. The only good place there is the physical therapy.

The chiropractor, and audio department does great, hence the 2 star rating. Otherwise blood draw takes an hour or more because it always seems to be ran solo. Physical therapy has a crappy system where I have been recommended to them, finally saw them 2 weeks later, then scheduled 1 month later for an initial appointment, then was told they will call me after that. I followed up a week later and they said they will find out what's the wait and get back to me that day. 2 more weeks go by and still nothing, so I go check in again to see what's going on, and the older lady that runs the smart clinic desk sometimes, seems more interested in talking to employees, and was quite rude. She said call this number and they will book me an appointment with physical therapy, I called and they said you were seen but not referred yet, please call the Smart clinic again. I just want to get better folks, so I can get back to my normal life, and not have pain or be limited in what I can do. FIX YOURSELF.
