Ray the installer of our stairlift was a true technician in his business. On time. Which is a 10+ in my book. Very neat clean respected your property. Another plus when he was finished installing the lift he made sure I understood how to use the lift in every aspect there was. A very good reliable chair

The people were friendly and courteous and totally understanding to my needs. It only took a few hours to put the lift in and he had it running in no time. When completely through the instructions on how it works and even found a little boo boo the manufacturer made and will be back this week with some parts to fix it. Rusty is a good technician as well as a good overall person for teaching and understanding. The 101 mobility group of Concord has in my opinion a AAA rating.

Two men, Ray and Eli removed my two chairlifts in only 1 1/2 hours. They were courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They vacuumed any dust that was left. Very good experience.

Rusty came out to install our chair lift. He was on time and got right to work. He was neat, cleaning up after. He was very informative regarding how the lift works and also explained the warranty. He is a dog lover too! He had to put up with my grand fur son! Would definitely recommend 101 mobility!

"101 Mobility" recently installed a Bruno SRE-2010 Elite Stairlift in our home. It is everything that my wife and I had hoped for and more. It is extremely well designed, strong and easy to use. Ray, the technician / installer did an outstanding, extremely professional, job of installing our stairlift. Ray has profound knowledge of the product. He was easy to work with. He carefully walked us through all stairlift operations and answered every question we had. Ray was a joy to have in our home.
